I took part in InterComm’s workshop called ‘Promoting own brand and networking for success’ and I realised how important it is to create my own brand and to do networking. I understood it is crucial to enhance my career to succeed at work. The way the trainers explained all these issues made me think even more about my personality and my behaviour not only in the professional context but also in private life. This course has truly changed the way I perceived some key aspects of how to live and how to work.

The training was so fascinating that I did not even notice how quickly time flew. I will recommend this training to all those who want to focus on developing and enhancing their career.

Already by the second session with Aleksandra my initial skeptical attitude to coaching has been replaced by admiration for its effectiveness. Aleksandra showed impressive professionalism. She never imposed her opinions or suggested solutions. Instead, we analysed different scenarios and solutions that I had not previously quite seen, even though they were at my fingertips.
